Key Responsibilities

 

A. EXIM, Regulatory

1. Own entire EXIM process and support as an SME to circles for CHA operations

2. Agency Evaluation & SOPs, processes for customs clearances, goveranances

3. Customs filings, approval on draft BOE

4. CTH classifications for new items, maintain CTH list, work along with external consultants, taxation, partners

5. Response to notices, hearings and supporting representations

6. Tracking provisional assessments to closure

7. WPC filings, NSDTS support and tracking

 

B. Order management, Inbound materials

1. Own entire process for order management, item master and responsible for operations related to order management

2. Maintaining purchase order releases as per forecasts and within TAT

3. Managing forecasts to partners, tracking PO coverage, budget / other approvals for PO release, PO acceptance from partners

4. Governances with Sourcing, Users, Partners; maintain visibility, SLA's for order management

5. Enhancements to tools related to order management and associated processes

6. Workflows for generating unique item codes as per MDM policy, business support to users / sourcing for item / locator creation

7. On time delivery of shipments to warehouses, support in expediting shipments

 

Experience & Skills

1. 12+ years of experience

2. Experience of running operations of imports, regulatory clearances in Telecom industry with deep subject matter expertise in this area

3. Experience of running operations of order processing / planning, expoure to ERP / Planning suites

4. People leadership experience
