Objectives of the Position
The position is for a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Senior Specialist to lead and manage supply chain (SCM) projects, including the setup of New Generation Business Architecture (NGBA), installation of digitalization projects such as OMP and CPQ systems, and SCM activity optimization. In addition to SCM topics, this role will handle product management projects, focusing on margins & pricing, and asset management.Main Tasks
NGBA Projects:
Lead the setup and implementation of New Generation Business Architecture (NGBA).Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of NGBA.Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks promptly.Digitalization Projects:
Oversee the installation and integration of digitalization projects such as OMP and CPQ systems.Implement digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Drive efficiency gain projects, such as logistic cost optimization, to reduce costs and improve service levels.SCM Activity Efficiency Gain:
Optimize SCM activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in SCM processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.SCM Strategy Analysis:
Analyze and optimize SCM strategies to improve overall performance and efficiency.Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance SCM capabilities.Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into SCM strategies.Supporting SCM Team for KPI Management & Operations:
Monitor and analyze OTC KPIs with transparency.Drive continuous improvement in operations and cost-to-serve.Initiate and drive OTC-related digitalization activities.
Product Management:
Manage margins & pricing, ensuring profitability and competitive pricing strategies.Oversee asset management, including capacity allocation and optimization of the product portfolio.Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.Others:
Support controlling activities.Provide ad-hoc support to projects across teams.
Governance & Compliance:
Enforce financial policies and procedures within the business unit.Ensure compliance with internal control effectiveness and follow-up on audit activities.Consult on risk management processes and develop mitigation strategies.
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fieldWorking Experience: more than 3 years of increasing responsibility in SCM or product managementTechnical & Professional Knowledge: Advanced communication skill in both English and JapaneseAdvanced skills in MS Office applicationsComprehensive understanding of SAP or other ERP applicationsComprehensive understanding of product costing and business analysisTeam player with leadership qualities

今回募集するポジションは特にSCM関連の各種プロジェクトをリードするポジションです。
具体的には、新世代ビジネスアーキテクチャ（NGBA）の構築、OMPやCPQシステムなどのデジタル化プロジェクトの導入、SCM活動の最適化などを目的とするプロジェクトです。
SCMに関するテーマに加え、この役割ではマージンや価格設定、アセットマネジメントに焦点を当てた製品管理プロジェクトも扱います。

NGBAプロジェクト：
デジタル化プロジェクト：
OMPやCPQシステムなどのデジタル化プロジェクトの導入と統合を監視。業務の効率と効果を向上させるためにデジタルツールを導入。物流コストの最適化などの効率向上プロジェクトを推進し、コストを削減しサービスレベルを向上させる。SCM活動の効率向上：
SCM活動を最適化し、効率と効果を向上させる。改善が必要な領域を特定し、SCMプロセスにおけるベストプラクティスを実施。ステークホルダーと協力して、全体的なビジネス目標との整合性を確保。SCM戦略分析：
SCM戦略を分析し最適化して、全体的なパフォーマンスと効率を改善。SCM能力を向上させるための戦略的イニシアティブを策定し実施。KPI管理および運用のためのSCMチームのサポート：
OTC KPIを透明性を持って監視・分析。運用とコスト効率の継続的改善を推進。OTC関連のデジタル化活動を開始し推進。製品管理：
マージンや価格設定を管理し、収益性と競争力のある価格戦略を確保。資産管理を監督し、キャパシティの配分と製品ポートフォリオの最適化を実施。製品改善やイノベーションの機会を特定するための市場分析を実施。
■応募時に必要な経験・学位
４年生大学を卒業していること（Finance関連学部出身者は歓迎します）
職務経験：SCM関連のプロジェクトに参画した経験が３年以上あること。プロジェクトリード経験者を歓迎します。
技術的および専門的知識：
