Your Role and Responsibilities
1. Optimization of master data of materials and verification of physical objects:
Assist in carrying out the standardization cleaning work of material descriptions in the SAP system. Through physical verification and system data validation, ensure the matching degree between material descriptions and actual products
2.BOM data integration and visualization support:
Be responsible for collecting and organizing the data related to the Reference BOM, complete the data cleaning and structuring processing, and provide high-quality data sources for the construction of Power BI visual reports
3. Compliance Management of Special Supplier Qualifications:
Assist in the clean-up of the qualification files of special suppliers.
4. Supplier Registration and Certification Verification in Ariba:
Qualifications for the Role
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in science and engineering. Those who can understand drawings and are familiar with BOM structure will be given priority
2. Cet-6, with good English communication skills.
3. Proficient in using Office software
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, and proactive.
5. Be able to meet the requirement of continuous internship in July and August, with at least 3 days of attendance per week
