USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies.
SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

Our work depends on a SCITLS Power BI User Support joining our team to support the users of Power BI platforms that serve USSTRATCOM. The SCITLS Power BI User Support will be a critical link in ensuring the effective operation of vital systems and facilitating the success of the SCITLS mission. This is an ONSITE day shift position at Offutt AFB, Sarpy County, Nebraska. On call work may be required.
HOW A SCITLS POWER BI USER SUPPORT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Provides user support to assist system administrators. Creates and maintains the various collaboration solutions.Successfully responds to user requests for assistance via ServiceNow incidents.Collaborates on architecture upgrades and consolidations.Interfaces with internal and external program staff to provide access to program data via collaboration tools.Assists with external account requests and access issues.Analyzes user requests and incidents to determine level of complexity and the priority.Identifies and implements resolutions.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree and 1+ years of experience or equivalent years of experienceExperience with Microsoft Power BIMust possess or be able to obtain within 9 months of start the ITIL® 4: IT Service Management (ITSM) CertificationMust possess or be able to obtain one of the following certifications within 30 days of start: CompTia A+ -or- EC-Council Certified Network Defender (CND) -or- CompTia Network+ -or- CompTia Security+Must possess Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibilityUS Citizenship requiredExperience providing support and assisting with issues for Microsoft Power BIExperience responding to and resolving incidents in the ServiceNow platform Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for calculated columns, measures, and KPIsProficiency in Power Query (M Language) for data transformation and shapingExperience supporting Power BI users, including troubleshooting, onboarding, and training.Ability to collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.Excellent communication skills for translating technical issues into clear, actionable guidance.Understanding of ETL Processes, data pipelines, and data integrity best practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsNICE TO HAVE:

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
