USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

On-Prem System Administrator - Flexera, Titus, Open Text

Manages systems administration for enterprise Flexera, Titus, and OpenText solutions, ensuring operational reliability and compliance with IL5/IL6 security standards.

Installs, configures, and maintains software, managing patch releases and designing patch installation strategies to meet program requirements.

Troubleshoots and resolves Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues involving operating systems, servers, hardware, and software.

Monitors system performance, evaluates server resource availability, and documents configurations to ensure compliance and system efficiency.

Configures and deploys virtual machines, oversees backup and recovery processes, and maintains operational readiness.

Manages integrations of self-hosted systems, including ServiceNow, Flexera, and Titus, performing advanced troubleshooting to support seamless workflows and updates.

Contributes to modernization efforts by maintaining secure, optimized systems aligned with mission-critical objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 3+ years of experience

Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; A+ or CND or Network+ or Sec+
