USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.
Mobility Support Technician
Configures, installs, manages, and provides technical support for enterprise mobility devices.
Initiates the mobile device request to DISA storefront and is responsible for tracking and issuing mobile device to the end-user.
Installs and maintains required applications and services including VPN, Outlook, and CellCrypt.
Validates mobile device functionality and performs end-user training as necessary.
Tracks, responds, and resolves mobile device incidents and problems.
Coordinates mobile device replacements as needed and is responsible for retiring devices in accordance with SI 708-03 and relevant DoD, SIA, and DLA regulations.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
AA/AS, 3+ years of experience
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; CND or GICSP
