USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.
KNOWLEDGE MANAGER - PROBLEMS
Performs integration with SharePoint across enclaves.
Designs complex information technology solutions based on capability and customer requirements.
Attends staff meetings to understand customer problems and ensure customer mission execution considerations are integrated with portal operations.
Collects and documents problems and identifies requirements unable to be met by existing portal capabilities from the assigned communities of interest to provide to the Government KM staff.
Responds to user problems, issues, and requests for information and support for software, business applications, and hardware according to ticketing priority and procedures for ServiceNow.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; A+ or Network+ or Security+
