USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.
Circuit Administrator
Supports procurement of circuits and outside connectivity.
Coordinates with WAN teams to establish proper routing and connectivity.
Assists with SDWAN implementation and initiatives.
Supports evaluation of various test programs and monitors effective performance of program after implementation.
Assists customers and performs troubleshooting on customer processes to prevent deterioration of systems.
Maintains and updates documents from system architecture and operations.
Maintains circuit history folders and administrative files.
Coordinates ASI processing in accordance with SI 701-03.
Performs trend analysis.
Performs initial test and acceptance circuit testing and specialized circuit and system testing in support of operations, other agencies, contractors, and tiger teams.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 1+ years of experience
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; A+ or Network+ or Sec+ or CySA+
