The Research Scientist will partner with GME faculty, resident, and fellows throughout the system to effectively conceptualize and execute projects (both quality improvement and research), and make sure these projects are of high quality. Research Scientists also participate in teaching activities for residents and fellows, supervise/partner with residents during research elective rotations, and guide and mentor the rest of the OAS project team (Statistician, Program Coordinator).Job Description:

Doctorate: Ph.D or M.D. in Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Pay Range is $89.36 to $142.97 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
