Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Scientist III with a strong background in laboratory management. The ideal candidate will oversee daily lab operations, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, manage lab resources, and support scientific research activities. This role requires scientific expertise, leadership skills, and excellent organizational abilities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology).Minimum of 4 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a lab management focus role.Strong knowledge of laboratory safety and regulatory requirements.Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in laboratory management software and tools.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a specific area relevant to the lab’s focus (e.g., genomics, proteomics, cell biology).Certification in laboratory management or related fields.Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $91,700.00–$137,525.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
