**Overview** Scientist I Job location: Cranbury, NJ. **Responsibilities** + Conduct _in vivo­_ biological sample processing using HPLC, method development, and Column Chromatography + Perform _in vitro_ metabolism incubations and assays, and drug and drug interaction analysis using cell harvesting, dosing and cell incubation, radioprofiling + Perform routine analytical functions, including Biological sample processing of radiolabel isotope 14C and 3H samples and quantification of total radioactivity in samples using oxidizers, liquid scintillation counters and Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) + Write, review, and implement SOPs + Review and maintain research notebooks in accordance with cGMP, GLP, and EPA and FDA regulations **Qualifications** Requires a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, or Materials Science and Instrumentation plus skills and knowledge in SOPs, Cell harvesting, dosing and cell incubation, Solid Phase Extraction (SPE).
