A day in the Life:

Design experimental plans and complete experiments with precisionAnalyze data to generate insightful laboratory protocolsCollaborate with internal departments to commercialize new productsMaintain accurate lab notebooks and align with all safety regulations

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Bioengineering, Biochemistry or related field, or equivalent knowledge and experience

Experience

Familiar with small-scale mammalian cell culture techniquesBasic understanding of statistical analysisCompetence in data analysis

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple project tasks efficientlyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently with mentorship from a manager

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role requires working in a laboratory environment, handling biological materials, and adhering to strict safety protocols.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $54,000.00–$65,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
