The Antibody Scientist for QC is responsible for performing Antibody Quality Control. 

This position reports to the Antibody Production Manager and is part of the Production Operations Department located in Waltham, Massachusetts and will be full time on-site position

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Follow SOPs to perform antibody validation in various applications tests or using biophysical QC methods.Operation with various equipment including HPLC and LC-MS with data analysis.Operation with ERP system with skills on troubleshooting.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Master’s or PhD degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology, or a related field with at least 4 year of antibody or protein development or manufacturing experiences. Have hands on experience with HPLC and LC-MS is required.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Ability to lift, move or carry containers up to 20 lbs and stand/walk for approximately 80% of the day.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Antibody development or manufacturing experience
