A day in the Life:Develop and optimize purification processes for biological products.Perform aseptic operations in BSL2 environments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.Keys to Success:Effective team collaboration and cross-functional coordination.Strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and complete activities independently.Proficiency in technical writing and data summarization, with strong presentation skills.EducationBachelor's degree with relevant experience or Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or Bioengineering.Experience1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, ideally in sterile or GMP-regulated environments.Hands-on experience in bioprocessing techniques such as purification, filtration, and centrifugation.Solid knowledge of GLP, GMP, GDP, and quality systems implementation.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesProficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP.Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to synthesize scientific information.Strong communication skills and collaborative approach.Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentAbility to work in BSL2 laboratory environments and perform aseptic operations under laminar flow hoods.Must be able to lift and move equipment as necessary for laboratory operations.Benefits
