Job Description:

The Chief Systems Engineer position will be responsible for the technical execution of all programs under the Decoy portfolio in Clifton, NJ. The Chief Systems Engineer will report to the Systems Engineering Electronic Warfare Sr. Manager. Additional responsibilities will include providing technical direction to all current portfolio members (programs/pursuits/IRADs), leading the development and productionization of the core portfolio product(s) and new enterprise pursuits, providing customer briefings, and collaborating with Chief System Architect on future architecture(s) and technology roadmap. 

The position involves close coordination with the program managers working portfolio programs.  The position will also provide coaching and development for the portfolio engineering staff as well as oversight and direction for the entire portfolio.

Essential Functions:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $150,000 – $278,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
