However, all applications will be considered”** Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. Leads project team in the execution of Biotherapeutics research programs to meet development objectives. Conducts and interprets complex experiments to support research and development programs for large molecule/cell/gene drug products. Assists team with design of experiments, data interpretation, and communication to stakeholders. Reviews project information, assists, and assures quality and accuracy of team’s preparation of technical reports, patents, and manuscripts. Provides scientific support for technology and platform development and assures capabilities are aligned with similar functions in other departments. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets. Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision-making.
