Summary:
The MSA Coordinator is an essential team member that will be primarily responsible for coordinating the activities of U.S. Medical & Scientific Affairs (MSA) program activities. Specific responsibilities include assisting payments, contracts as needed, including maintaining CTI transfer of ownership. Provides additional administrative support to clinical activities in Medical Safety & Science and Medical Communications when requested.
Responsibilities and Duties Back up support for managing all MSA email inboxes for all inquiries Provide accurate data on all Educational and Research Grant programs for use by the data scientist Gather CTI Utilization reports Gather Research Quarterly Reports and final publications Support payment packages for MSA program activities Manage the CTI transfer of ownership process by coordinating with U.S. Finance to prepare transfer equipment list Support drafting U.S. MSA documentation in adherence to ISO Standards for Quality Management and in alignment with Government Regulations and Company Legal & Compliance Policies Provide as needed administrative support for MSA developing programs in Operations, Medical Communications and Medical Safety & Science Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, in a related field is preferred Support of Financial payments 2 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally in healthcare or medical education Excellent multi-tasking, project management, analytical, and time management skills Strong professional spoken and written skills in communicating with coworkers and investigators in one-on-one, small group, and large groups Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint programs Preferred experience working with Salesforce Tableau is a plus Preferred understanding of accounting activities regarding asset management Demonstrates strong commitment to process and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Ability to present to stakeholders and management team on status of programs both verbal and written Critical-thinking ability with a focus on improving processes Protects employee and requester confidentiality Strong listening skills and customer orientation for problem solving Ability to build relationships, both internally and externally #D800
