**DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a talented School to Work - Supply Chain Planning **student** to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for our Cummins Inc. facility in Florence, KY through a cooperative learning experience. **Job Summary** The primary role of the Supply Chain School to Work cooperative learning position is to provide support to the global supply chain team, which consists of both planners and analysts. The student will, at the same time, gain real world experience and education in the field of material management and data analytics in a business-to-business environment. **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:** • Develop global supply chain database, using Microsoft Access and Excel • Design supply chain information queries using database tools • Data gathering with sites in USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Europe, Australia, India and China • Develop training documentation • Semester project to be determined with supervisor **RESPONSIBILITIES** **To be successful in this role you will need the following:** • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools preferred • Ability to learn on the job in a dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities • Ability to work independently and within teams as needed **Education** • Must be **at least** 16 years of age. • Must be a **student** in either high school or in post-secondary institution. • Ideal candidate is working toward an undergraduate degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Operations Management or Business Administration **Compensation (for United States)** Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
