PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of schools participating in surveys
Communicate with school staff throughout the survey administration process, including setting up logistics and providing key consent and administration materials
Conduct semi-scripted phone calls and sends emails to school administrators (e.g., superintendents, principals) as part of the study’s school recruitment efforts
Track details of communication with school staff using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Communicate with CREEHS staff regularly, individually and during weekly check-ins
Participate in trainings and simulations on recruitment and data collection protocols
Complete Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program) training and maintain compliance with IRB-approved protocol
Organize and manage data, program documentation, and files
Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Some coursework in research methods, education, counseling, psychology, social work, public health, or child development, or a related social science field
Minimum one year of professional work experience
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Ability to work at least 20 hours per week, primarily during school hours (7:30 am to 3:30 pm Eastern Time)
Applicants must be willing to complete all security measures (e.g., background check) required by the university

Familiarity with research methods or following a standardized protocol (e.g., conducting human subjects research in an IRB-approved study, administering surveys)
Experience with Google Suite (e.g., Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
Experience in customer service
