School Psychologist (Psych)

Are you a School Psychologist with a passion for helping students achieve their full potential? Cross Country Education invites you to bring your expertise to a Special Education therapeutic public day program in Charlotte, NC for the '25-'26 School Year!

Position Overview:

Supporting Elementary through High School Will provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for those students who need testing to determine eligibility for Exceptional Children services. The evaluations will be conducted by a licensed School Psychologist. Evaluation components may include: Cognitive, Adaptive, Behavioral/Emotional rating scales, Behavioral rating scales related to Autism, Educational, Motor Screening, Social Developmental History, FBA/BIPs, and/or Analysis of Progress Monitoring Data. A written report of the results of the evaluations, will be submitted to CMBE. Will attend initial referral, re-evaluation, and/or eligibility meetings for assigned students. Will also be responsible for completion of pertinent forms/worksheets through the Every Child Accountability Tracking System (ECATS). At times may be asked to interpret and/or complete ECATS paperwork on evaluation reports submitted by parents/guardians from outside agencies. Will supply the names and credentials of all professional staff providing services for the students included under this Contract.

Qualifications:

Licensed in School Psychology (NCDPI) -REQUIRED **NC Psychology Board Certified (as we cannot accommodate the supervision piece) Master’s Degree
