Job Description Essential Functions   Assessment & Evaluation: Conducts comprehensive evaluations (academic, behavioral, emotional) and interprets results.   IEP & 504 Support: Participates in IEP/504 planning, writes reports, and ensures compliance with legal standards.   Counseling & Crisis Response: Provides individual/group counseling and crisis intervention.   Consultation & Collaboration: Works with families, teachers, and agencies to support student needs.   Behavioral Support: Develops FBAs, BIPs, and supports positive behavioral change.   Program Development: Assists in designing special education programs and transition planning.   Documentation: Maintains accurate records, billing, and communication logs.   Professional Engagement: Attends meetings, provides training, and may serve as administrative designee. Skills and Requirements Master's or higher degree in school psychology from an accredited college or university. Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist Endorsement.
