School Psychologist

Salary: $20 / Hour
The School Psychologist works to support students through a variety of mental health and developmental issues and aid in qualifying students for additional support services. The School Psychologist is responsible for providing on-site psychological services to students under the jurisdiction of the state and district.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Must maintain current State licensures and/or certifications in state of assignment
+ Experience in pediatric and adolescent population is preferred
+ Master’s degree in psychology preferred
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age

7.5 billable hours per day (30 min unpaid lunch) Total of 35 Hours Amergisum per week, specific hours vary by school location
Qualifications/Licensure:
MD School Psychologist License
Typical job duties & work environment:
IN PERSON ONLY, NO REMOTE/HYBRID. Assessments and school psych services to a diverse urban population.
Specific experience required:
1 year + as a School Psychologist
Ratios (if applicable):
Caseload: 20-25 assessments per year. 15-20 students.
Orientation process:
MD online- training provided 1 st week
Dress Code & Parking:
School Professional
Credentialing Requirements:
MD 486, CPS, Fingerprints + Badge at District HQ only, MD School Psych License, MSDE Verification
