In this role, you’ll provide individual, family, and group therapy, conduct assessments, render diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices. You'll collaborate with internal teams and community partners to deliver high-quality behavioral health care across diverse populations and settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic services including individual, group, and family counseling tailored to client needs
Complete intakes, screenings, and comprehensive assessments within required timelines
Determine and document diagnostic impressions and establish individualized treatment plans
Facilitate clinical services in alignment with evidence-based practices and organizational standards
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all services, assessments, and treatment plans
Participate in case staffings, treatment planning meetings, and crisis intervention as needed
Collaborate with billing, access, and other departments to ensure service authorization and client eligibility
Support transitions in care through discharge planning and coordination
Provide education, consultation, and clinical guidance to team members when appropriate
Represent the agency professionally in the community and promote program engagement
Stay compliant with all training, accreditation, and ethical standards
Additional duties as assigned by leadership
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field
Active licensure or license-eligible in state of practice (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Must be willing to become licensed in additional states as needed
Comfortable providing telehealth services (training provided)
Experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders preferred
Required License/Certification (one of the following):
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Provisional licensure accepted with supervision support available
Additional Qualifications:
Strong understanding of substance use and/or mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities
Knowledge of case management, court procedures, and legal standards for behavioral health
Skilled in documentation, clinical assessments, and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload
