School Based Master Substitute Registered Behavior Technician
**Make a Lasting Impact as an School-based Master Substitute Registered Behavior Technician®.** **Join the Oahu Behavioral Health Team.** BAYADA Behavioral Health is a non-profit employer seeking an **School-based Master Substitute Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®).** RBTs work with individuals with Autism and other Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) to reduce challenging behaviors, increase functional skills, and foster independence and individuality. **How You’ll Make an Impact:** + Work directly with students in the classroom, following the established service plan + Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams.
