Location: Colonial School District, New Castle, DE
Schedule: 2–3 days/week, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (school hours)
Compensation: $80–$90/hour (based on experience)

These divisions offer a range of in-person and virtual services designed to improve academic, behavioral, and emotional outcomes across educational settings. Key services include consultation to strengthen multi-tiered systems of support, training in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices, program reviews, classroom management support, and placement of mental health therapists in schools.

Qualifications Master’s degree from an accredited, behaviorally-focused program in Special Education, Psychology, or a related fieldBCBA certificationCandidates who have completed all fieldwork supervision hours and are scheduled to take the BCBA exam are also encouraged to applyExperience delivering direct behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders or behavioral challengesAt least one year of experience consulting or working within a public school setting is preferredWillingness to travel as part of the role.Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
