Devereux has an exciting opportunity to be a BCBA Contractor within our Educational Services Division. 

This is an Independent Contractor position in an alternative school setting located in Aston, PA

 

As an Independent Contractor role at Devereux:
You will work with others who share your passion for helping individuals in need. We offer:

 Duties include:

Providing support to students with intensive behaviors/emotional support needs.Conducting FBAs, developing PBSPs, supervising RBTs, training staff to implement plans.Collaboration with a team of BCBAs, behavioral health practitioners, and educators with a track record of providing high quality services and presenting at regional and national conferences.Opportunities to work with school leadership to develop and implement school-wide systems for social and emotional learning.

Qualifications Master’s degree from an accredited, behaviorally-focused program in Special Education, Psychology, or a related fieldBCBA certificationCandidates who have completed all fieldwork supervision hours and are scheduled to take the BCBA exam are also encouraged to applyExperience delivering direct behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders or behavioral challengesAt least one year of experience consulting or working within a public school setting is preferredWillingness to travel as part of the role.
