Scheduling Supervisor
Scheduling Supervisor Transdev in Denver, Colorado is hiring a Scheduling Supervisor to lead and support teams responsible for scheduling and verification operations. We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about team development, operational efficiency, and delivering excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who can manage day-to-day staffing needs, ensure contract compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement in a collaborative call center setting. Responsibilities + Manage, evaluate, train, hire, and discipline staff for both departments/teams + Schedule and manage staff to meet performance objectives and ensure compliance with contractual requirements + Become proficient with scheduling and verification software, procedures, and processes to support, coach, and direct staff + Research and respond to customer complaints and commendations as required under contract, maintaining a minimal level of complaints. Includes the ability to professionally communicate with call center staff, RTD, other contractors, and customers (of required) to resolve or address issues. + Track and manage employee attendance including benefit time usage + Represent the department to the RTD, customers, and contractors. Be actively engaged as a contributing member of the call center management team. + Review, analyze, and make recommendations for operational procedures. Manage processes for productivity and accuracy. Qualifications + Leadership role, either supervisor or lead in previous positions. + Experience or familiarity with paratransit services and basic requirements, including role of ADA + Strong computer/technical skills and ability to learn new systems. + Experience with software used for paratransit operations or similar experience + Ability to multi-task and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus on deliverables + High attention to detail + Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills + Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills + Experience with Microsoft tools, primarily email, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + High school diploma or GED equivalent; college experience preferred Physical Requirements: The essential functions of this position require the ability to: * Sit for extended periods (up to 6–10 hours per day) * Push and pull objects up to 10 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
