100%, Monday-Friday, day/eve, 8:00am-5:00pm. Rotating Saturdays 8-12 noon (every 4-6 weeks).

Training is onsite for 6-8 week, 8:00am-4:30pm. Once training is complete position will transition to Hybrid or Remote.

You will work at 2550 Charles St in Rockford IL.

Associate's Degree with an emphasis on healthcare. Preferred

Work Experience

2 years of Customer Service experience in a healthcare setting or with medical claims insurance. Preferred2 years of Customer Service experience. RequiredPrevious computer experience. Required
