**Summary:**
Meta is seeking a strategic, detail oriented and data-driven Scheduling Operations Partner to oversee and optimize our recruiting process outsourcing (RPO) partnership. In this critical role, you will act as the primary liaison between Meta and our third-party vendor, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment activities while driving continuous improvement and efficiency. You will leverage your systems thinking, strategic advice, and data acumen to enhance our recruiting processes & deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
**Required Skills:**
Scheduling Operations Partner Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Relationship Management
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing vendor, fostering a collaborative partnership.
3. Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, identifying areas for improvement.
4. Conduct regular performance reviews & provide strategic feedback to the vendor.
5. Manage the vendor relationship to ensure seamless execution of recruitment activities.
6. Strategic Oversight and Process Optimization
7. Apply systems thinking to analyze and optimize the end-to-end recruiting process, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
8. Provide strategic advisement to recruiting leadership on vendor performance, process improvements, and market trends.
9. Develop and implement strategies to enhance candidate experience and streamline recruiting operations.
10. Coordinate weekly meetings with stakeholders, recruiting partners, and leadership to understand candidate and role requirements, and vendor performance.
11. Data Analysis and Reporting
12. Leverage data to assess vendor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
13. Generate and analyze recruiting reports to track key metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
15. Communication and Collaboration
16. Communicate professionally & maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
17. Work closely with Hiring Managers, recruiters, and sourcers to ensure a close partnership.
18. Demonstrate Executive presence when communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

19. 4+ years of experience in a recruiting, vendor management, or operational role.
20. Proven experience working with third-party vendors, ideally in a recruiting process outsourcing (RPO) environment.
21. Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners of various levels to support recruiting related activities.
22. Understanding of recruiting processes and best practices.
23. Effective organizational and time-management skills and can prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
24. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
25. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PC-based calendar/meeting applications.
