Job Description:We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to enhance our Contact Center and IHT customer handoff during the appointment scheduling process. The aim is to improve missed SLAs, missed appointments, ensure 100% entitlements, and enhance customer experience by interacting with an onshore scheduler.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of customer service experience.Proficiency in schedule planning and Microsoft Office.Experience with Oracle.Experience in utilities such as HVAC, EMS (Ambulance, 9-11 Dispatchers, Police Dispatchers).ResponsibilitiesCall customers to schedule appointments for the IHT team based on claims created by the contact center.Create appointments in Oracle and assign them to technicians according to territories, skillset, and availability.Confirm the customer's service address, phone number, and gather all necessary details for the technician to successfully complete the appointment.Contact customers within one hour of claim creation and assign to third-party contractors if IHT cannot meet the SLA or if the appointment is outside of IHT's scope of work.Work Environment
This role offers a dynamic work environment with two shifts available: Monday through Friday. 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 2nd shift from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. The brand new office is located in Naperville and features a gym, basketball court, coffee shop, convenience store, modern pit-style layout, great energy on the floor, and a kitchen area with a soda machine.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
