Description
This position is the first point of contact for and will be responsible for answering, responding and directing incoming calls, emails and general inquiries from customers regarding fire sprinkler services, inspections and emergency repairs. This role will provide administrative support to office leadership while performing a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This position will create inspection renewals and coordinate annual and quarterly inspections with customers and inspectors. This position will input and maintain data in building reports, online backflow portals and our mail merge to provide current information and accurate customer contacts. This position will ensure inspectors have completed inspections and prepared proper paperwork to be processed for billing.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines Ability to manage calendars and technician routes and inspection schedules Maintain and organize digital and paper files Clear and professional verbal and written communication Comfortable interacting with customers, field crew, & inspectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to learn and use industry-specific software Typing and data entry accuracy Ability to work independently and handle interruptions Meet deadlines for customer submissions, scheduling and internal support Anticipate scheduling conflicts or documentation needs Resolve minor issues without constant supervision Friendly and professional demeanor with customers and vendors Willingness to assist team members and resolve issues efficiently

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
