Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Scheduling Clerk to join our supply chain team in Elgin, Illinois. As part of this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing schedules, analyzing data, and ensuring smooth operational processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: • Maintain and update scheduling reports to ensure accurate tracking of supply chain activities. • Analyze and resolve scheduling issues, ensuring timely delivery and operational efficiency. • Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail. • Process invoices and ensure accurate documentation for procurement activities. • Utilize Excel tools, such as vlookups and pivot tables, to manage and analyze data effectively. • Collaborate with procurement teams to support their activities and ensure seamless workflows. • Identify and address discrepancies in scheduling reports to maintain data accuracy. • Communicate with internal teams to coordinate supply chain operations efficiently. • Assist in generating and reviewing reports to support decision-making processes. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all scheduling-related tasks. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry and scheduling tasks. • Familiarity with invoice processing and procurement activities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues. • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities. • Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams. • Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail. • Experience in supply chain or similar operational environments is a plus.
