$46,220.72 - $64,709.01"Patient Service Associate Quality Lead for General Pediatrics and more broadly to support Quality and Value based care for the Department of Pediatrics. This will improve the value-based initiatives and care for our patients and families. This role is crucial to address the growing demands for the departments National Committee of Quality Assurance Accreditation and the potential for increased earnings that will result from streamlining efforts. The faculty MOC Portfolio program support will allow the Department to support faculty in their maintenance of certification with the American Board of Pediatrics and save funds required for individual faculty to do MOC activities. y creating a dedicated lead position for quality purposes, we can achieve NCQA accreditation, as well as open the door for Pediatrics to begin to offer MOC Portfolio Program in house."
