Experienced in batch scheduling with OPC/TWS.
Proficient in mainframe tools including TSO, SDSF, and JCL.
Skilled in designing complex workflows and flows.
Strong in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Effective in client-facing roles and communication.
Capable of analytical thinking and problem solving.
Knowledgeable in integration concepts and automation scripting
