Scheduler-Team Lead

OVERVIEW

In addition to following all Scheduling duties and responsibilities, the Team Lead is the person in charge when management is not available and behaves and delegates as management.

The team lead is a trusted expert, supporting in all elements of representing training and assisting management with the execution of daily tasks as they relate to the Scheduling Department.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Work with Field Operations and Sales to meet deadlines for installing equipment Troubleshooting knowledge of all NuCO2 equipment Takes supervisory calls when Management is not available Monitors breaks for the scheduling team Responsible for all delivery escalation and emails to make sure they are followed up when the manager is not available Demonstrates independence & initiative to find creative solutions to complex issues Subject matter expert in the scheduling role; demonstrates a high level of knowledge and accuracy with all systems and willingly shares best practices with others Conduct training of the Scheduling process and provides detailed coaching and feedback to build skills, quality, and efficiency Demonstrates strength in written and verbal communications, articulating a solid understanding of NuCO2  processes and systems to internal and external customers Assists management with projects including supervision, coaching, creating and analyzing reports Demonstrates leadership capabilities including professional working relationships with peers while maintaining confidential information that you will become privy to in this lead role Provide weekly reports to the scheduling team such as: Service critical updates Report on past due or out of compliance installations that need updated or scheduled Report on beer swaps that need to be scheduled Report on priority service cases that need to be scheduled Report on the phone queue metrics

 

 

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

High School diploma required or (GED)

 

EXPERIENCE

Preferred:

3+ years experience in a scheduling environment Proficient in Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, JDE, IFS Field Service Management or other Field Service Management software. Experience with managing and driving all scheduling metrics
