Your mission, roles and responsibilities职位目标:管理整个计划团队,保证生产采购发运库存控制等日常运营正常,确保整个供应链高效有序运行,及时辨识风险,执行报警流程并紧急响应,确保整个供应链信息流按照集团要求的标准执行。
Objective:Manage the entire planning team to ensure the smooth daily operations of production, procurement, shipping, and inventory control, guaranteeing an efficient and orderly supply chain operation. Timely identify risks, execute the escalation process, and respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring that the supply chain information flow complies with the Group's standard requirements.
工作职责Responsibility:
1、主导和管理客户沟通、带领计划团队正确使用客户系统和工具、并保证交付安全。Lead and manage customer communication, guide the planning team in the correct use of customer systems and tools, and ensure delivery security.
2、主导MPS(PDP)的建立以及MPS(PDP)会议的召开,从 PC&L 角度监控MPS( PDP)的执行。Lead the establishment of the MPS (PDP) and chair the MPS (PDP) meetings, monitoring the execution of the MPS (PDP) from the PC&L perspective.
3、主导PIC(S&OP)的建立和PIC(S&OP)会议的召开, 信息输入(销售和运营计划输入):客户需求、预测、客户假设、工作日和目标库存。Lead the establishment of the PIC (S&OP) and chair the PIC (S&OP) meetings. Information inputs (Sales and Operations Planning inputs): customer demand, forecasts, customer assumptions, working days, and target inventory.
4、管控工厂库存(BOP, PR库位 ,TPA、库存、在途货物、外部排序仓库和寄售库存,主导库存控制。Manage factory inventory (BOP, PR storage locations, TPA, inventory, in-transit goods, external sequencing warehouses, and consignment inventory), and lead inventory control.
5、带领团队通过划分和平衡计件采购来建立采购计划,实现月度运输计划和半年运输计划。Lead the team in establishing the procurement plan by allocating and balancing piece-rate purchasing, to achieve the monthly transportation plan and the semi-annual transportation plan.
6、管理采购计划的实现,供应商交付绩效以及物流合作伙伴的服务,对供应商的产能进行综合管理和分析,并在必要时实施纠正措施。Manage the execution of the procurement plan, supplier delivery performance, and logistics partner services; conduct comprehensive management and analysis of supplier capacity, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
7、管控工厂与计划,物料,PDP完成率,JNI相关的指标。Control and manage factory planning, materials, PDP achievement rate, and JNI-related indicators.
8、领导物流计划团队并设定团队成员的目标,确保团队成员配备充足的人员、培训和发展。Lead the logistics planning team and set goals for team members, ensuring adequate staffing, training, and development for all team members.
9、与其他工厂职能部门(质量、工程、维修等部门)协调,监控物流绩效并实施必要的改进措施。Coordinate with other plant functional departments (such as quality, engineering, maintenance, etc.) to monitor logistics performance and implement necessary improvement measures.
10、新电子系统(DT)上线的协助及维护以及物流经理安排的与集团要求的系统相关任务。Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the new electronic system (DT), and carry out system-related tasks as assigned by the logistics manager in accordance with Group requirements.
11、保证工厂进出口相关业务的执行与实施(原材料进口,成品出口发运)。Ensure the execution and implementation of import and export operations related to the plant (import of raw materials, export shipment of finished goods).
12、领导安排的其他事项按质按量完成。Complete other tasks assigned by leadership with quality and quantity as required.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum education level:
Education: Bachelor's degree or above.Logistics management, supply chain management, or related industrial field.Professional Experience:
5 years of relevant professional experience in the automotive industry.Excellent English proficiency.Logistics-related work experience and proficient in professional SAP knowledge. Proficient in office software skills.Excellent cross-departmental communication and interpersonal skills.Have 3 years of team management experience.
