Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. **The value you'll bring to the team:** + Promptly answers incoming calls in a professional and Friendly manner. + Gathers required information for procedure scheduling and enters it into the system in a timely and accurate manner. + Utilizes appropriate resources (technologists, supervisor, etc) when scheduling an unfamiliar procedure. + Demonstrates proper communication and customer service skills when handling difficult customers.
