Description + Coordinate internal radiation appointments via email, text, phone, and in-person communication with providers and staff + Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally + Check in patients, verify insurance, and assist with intake forms + Deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming environment for patients + Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless scheduling and patient flow Skills & Qualifications + Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting required + Familiarity with medical terminology + Strong communication skills across multiple channels + Quick learner with a proactive, team-oriented mindset + Committed to long-term growth – we’re looking for someone who values stability and tenure Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
