Our dedicated team offers flexible care options to meet patients where they are, delivering expert symptom management and supportive services within our inpatient facilities and in patients' homes through our community-based program.

Location: This position will be based in Detroit at One Ford Place.

Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm 

Weekend Rotations: Weekends Not Required

Holiday Rotations: Holidays Not Required

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for processing referrals and scheduling customer visits for all Home Health Care clinical disciplines.

Act as liaison between current customers and clinicians as it pertains to service issues.

Provide office support and act as a resource for team members, medical staff and other professionals. 

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Requires high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Associates degree or college coursework in business preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Requires computer proficiency, the ability to accurately type, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience with Outlook preferred.

Requires strong organization skills, and the ability to adapt rapidly to changing priorities and tasks.

Requires strong problem-solving skills in order to organize the flow of work through the office in an effective manner.

Requires previous Home Health Care experience or office/administrative support experience, or the completion of a college degree.
