Optimizes collections and charge entry process. Oversees referrals and communicates co-pays/balance due information. Greets patients/takes phone calls.

Requirements:

Education: Associate's degree preferred Experience: 1-3 years of experience with professional or hospital billing.  Knowledge of insurance verification/authorizations/benefits strongly preferred.  Communication skills are key with interactions with the therapy team. Prefer flexibility regarding schedule.  Monday-Thursday 9 am to 5:30 pm, Friday 7:30 am to 4 pm.  Would be open to longer days Monday-Thursday and a shorter day on Friday.
