The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.Key Responsibilities:  Ensure that routes are established as efficiently as possible. Maintains the routes for accuracy and efficiency. May work with software programs to establish routes for drivers. Verifies accuracy of driver’s route times and stop times on the actual routes are correct. Demonstrates and promotes a safe environment at all times. Assists the Contract Manager in establishing standard hours accuracy report. May maintain on a spreadsheet driver miles and amount of time for drivers for billing preparation. Answer customer calls and input ride information using a computerized scheduling system. Enter new customer information and changes into the system.Data entry into spreadsheets and databases.Communicate late vehicle service and verifying “No Shows” with customers.Resolve service-related complaints.Performs all other duties as assignedQualifications:Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.High school diploma or GED required.2 years reservationist or customer service experience.Computer literate with the capacity to learn new softwareAbility to operate a standard telephone systemExcellent communication and listening skills. Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
