Scheduler Transdev inPerris, CA is hiring a Scheduler. The Schedulerintercepts customer calls and schedules transportation. Key Responsibilities: + Ensure that routes are established as efficiently as possible. + Maintains the routes for accuracy and efficiency. + May work with software programs to establish routes for drivers. + Verifies accuracy of driver’s route times and stop times on the actual routes are correct. + Demonstrates and promotes a safe environment at all times. + Assists the Contract Manager in establishing standard hours accuracy report. + May maintain on a spreadsheet driver miles and amount of time for drivers for billing preparation. + Answer customer calls and input ride information using a computerized scheduling system. + Enter new customer information and changes into the system. + Data entry into spreadsheets and databases. + Communicate late vehicle service and verifying “No Shows” with customers. + Resolve service-related complaints. + Performs all other duties as assigned Qualifications: + Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed. + High school diploma or GED required. + 2 years reservationist or customer service experience. + Computer literate with the capacity to learn new software + Ability to operate a standard telephone system + Excellent communication and listening skills. + Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
