Transaction Processing Associate I (Scheduler)

\n

Locations: Baton Rouge, LA 

\n

Training to be onsite in the Baton Rouge office; lasts approx. 6 weeks

\n

The position will be remote following training.

\n

 

\n

Hourly Rate: $15/hr. plus benefits

\n

Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00pm  Monday – Friday

\n

About the Transaction Processing Associate I (Scheduler) role:

\n

The individual who fills this position will be responsible for scheduling appointments for initial, reassessment, and status changes for recipients and applicants. Once the appointments are scheduled an appointment packet will be create, save, and mailed to the recipient Must make phone calls find substitution appointments for assessors and to reschedule appointments.  Work side by side with CAS team for scheduling efficiency. The best candidate for this role will be someone who can multi-task through multiple windows and has experience working tight deadlines.

 Job Requirements:

\n\n High school diploma or GED equivalent\n Minimum of one year of scheduling experience preferred\n Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills\n Ability to work independently and autonomously\n Ability to adhere to OAAS and CSS departmental timelines\n Knowledge of Medicaid\n\n

Desired Skills and Attributes/Successful candidates will have the following skills:

\n\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word\n Effective time management abilities\n Excellent communication skills\n Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously\n At least one year’s experience working with older adults or people with disabilities, preferred\n Knowledge of healthcare, elderly, and disabled adult populations preferred\n\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $15.00.
