An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a Scheduler to join the Skilltech team located High Wycombe, WA.
The opportunity
Scheduler required for Downer’s Energy & Utilities business unit reporting into the Contract Delivery Manager on a fixed term basis until Jan 2027. The Scheduler plays an integral part of the Skilltech business unit being one of the main liaisons between our Electrical Engineer’s, customers and client.
What you’ll do
Receiving and prioritising jobs / workload allocation to the Electrical EngineersMaintaining open communication lines with the client and responding promptly to inquiriesProviding efficient handover of jobs and tasks to team membersManaging ADHOC workflows efficientlyMeeting all contractual KPIs and obligations

What we’re looking for
Previous Scheduler experience is preferred but not essentialProficient using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – Intermediate Strong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to multitask and prioritise on an autonomous basis Critical thinker and excellent problem solverAvailable to work a fixed term placement until Jan 2027
