Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience in SAP and/or Primavera P6 to join our team as a fulltime scheduler. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and maintain scheduling plans for various operational activities within the organisation. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, and proficiency in SAP and/or Primavera P6.

Develop and maintain a 14-day schedule for operational activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines, resource availability, and organisational goals.Utilise SAP and/or Primavera P6 software to create and manage schedules, incorporating project requirements, resource constraints, and dependenciesCollaborate with project managers, team leaders and other stakeholders to gather input and information required for scheduling activitiesAnalyse project requirements and schedule constraints to develop realistic and achievable schedulesMonitor and track progress against the 14-day schedule in SAP and/or Primavera P6 identifying any deviations or delays and taking appropriate action to address them.Communicate schedule updates, changes, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders in a timely and clear mannerWork closely with the procurement team to coordinate the timely delivery of materials and resources required for scheduled activitiesIdentify opportunities to optimise scheduling processes and improve efficiency leveraging SAP and/or Primavera P6 functionalitiesGenerate reports and dashboards using SAP and/or Primavera P6 to provide visibility into schedule performance and key metrics.Participate in regular meetings and discussions with project teams to review schedule status, resolve issues, and adjust, as necessaryEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout the scheduling processWhat you’ll bring:
Proven experience in scheduling, planning, or project coordination rolesProficiency in SAP and/or Primavera P6 softwareStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and a high level of accuracyAbility to prioritise tasks and manage time effectivelyMechanical or Electrical trade qualification or other relevant trade is desirableLife at Monadelphous
