**Job Description**
+ Schedule and publish shifts for News, Operations and Engineering team personnel.
+ Calculate overtime and penalties weekly and send data to payroll.
+ Process weekly pay.
+ Track and plan vacations according to collective agreement guidelines.
+ Support production with daily resource planning, scheduling and administrative tasks.
+ Ensure implementation of the collective agreement and comply with recommended language.
+ Coordinate staffing of technical rooms and studios.
+ Motivation to work on call.
+ Prepare and pay invoices.
+ Handle invoicing and work orders.
+ Manage studio reservations and coordination.
+ Write notes and hire freelancers for replacements.
+ Lead, mobilize, develop and plan staff training.
**Critical Qualifications**
+ At least two to five years' experience in scheduling in a unionized environment.
+ Experience using Media Pulse or a comparable scheduling system an asset.
+ Effectiveness in a team environment.
+ Working knowledge of collective agreements.
+ Proven scheduling experience in a multi-functional environment.
+ Good analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail.
+ Working knowledge of a studio and post-production environment.
+ Strong mathematical skills.
+ Good computer skills.
+ Good customer service skills.
+ Knowledge of CEP Local 79, an asset.
+ Knowledge of television broadcasting.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
