SCHEDULE:
Full Time – 40 hours a week Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm or 7:30-4:00pm depending on candidate preference Some Sunday hours may be requiredLOCATION:
759 Chestnut St. Springfield, MARESPONSIBILITIES: Baystate Health’s Scheduling Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating complex clinical schedules across the Heart and Vascular service line. The Scheduling Coordinator will manage detailed and high-volume schedules for physicians and care teams across multiple locations (clinics, ORs, procedural suites, etc.) Build and maintain provider schedules using advanced scheduling software and applications. Ensure optimal provider staffing and scheduling to maximize operational efficiency. Perform regular schedule audits and report findings to leadership. Track and organize provider time-off requests, CME, and vacations. This position may also provide training and coaching to practices on schedule-building best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:
