Scent Design Trainee

Where You’ll Make a Difference

Project management, Partner with internal customers / stakeholders to ensure fragrance strategies align to overall business objectives.Creative Excellence, Partner with internal stakeholders to establish the creative strategy to drive the overall success of a project which fulfil customers’ expectations and ensure profitability.Sharing market product knowledge / brand portfolio knowledge with internal stakeholders to help guide the creative process.Knowledge Management, Have a thorough understanding of the process for managing the Scent Portfolio.Customer focus and teamwork, drive the creative process by ensuring strong working relationships with internal / external customers.Present Market trends, fragrance trends and CI analysis in partnership with relevant disciplines.Olfactive Skills , Ability to identify potential fragrances based on brand fit and market relevance.Business Acumen, Maintain good overview on the relationship between creative process, decisions, cost, product performance and constraints in developing fragrances.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Master’s or Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or any other relevant discipline.Ability to effectively identify potential fragrances based on market relevance.Excellent influencing skills, good business acumen and customer relationship management skills.Strong project management skills, disciplined and willing to embrace diversity.Ability to deliver in a fast changing environment with good prioritization skills.Proficiency in English, other language proficiency is a plus.
