Where You’ll Make a Difference

Partner with internal customers / stakeholders to ensure fragrance strategies align to overall business objectivesResponsible for establishing olfactive direction and driving the overall successConsistently drive process, discipline and effective execution to bring the desired speed to marketMonitor results and have the agility to change the course of a project when neededShare market product knowledge / brand portfolio knowledge with internal stakeholders to help guide the creative processExecution of the olfactive strategy by providing creative direction and olfactive guidance to Perfumers to stimulate creativityIdentify potential fragrances based on brand fit and market relevanceLeverage fragrances from Bank for future and / or cross category initiativesOther assigned tasks

What Makes You the Right Fit

Master’s or Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or any other relevant discipline.At least 5-7 years of Fragrance Industry and evaluation experience.Excellent olfactive expertise (Selected candidates may need to complete an Olfactory smelling test)Solid understanding of functional and technical capabilities, including knowledge of the consumers and market needs.Strong project management skills, disciplined and willing to embrace diversity.Ability to deliver in a fast changing environment with good prioritization skills.Strong team player, ability to motivate others to achieve results.

How Would You Stand Out?

Excellent influencing skills, good business acumen and customer relationship management skills.Curious approach - enjoy difficult challenges.Proficiency in English and Chinese communication skills, other language proficiency is a plus.
