Where You’ll Make a Difference

Understand and coordination of fragrance selection for incoming briefs and ensure the timeline requirement is metIdentify new winning fragrances and set new fragrance trends together with the Snr/ManagersParticipate in proactive fragrance bank collectionParticipate in departmental evaluations and knowledge sharingLearn to analyze assigned product categories identifying and developing new fragrance trendsProvide quick feedback to their Managers and perfumers on fragrance submissionBuild fragrance knowledge by studying and involve in utilizing new product launchesSupport Marketing team in evaluationLearn to provide proactive support and trouble-shooting together with the team

    

    

What Makes You the Right Fit

3 years experiences in fragrance evaluationGood communication, coordination and presentation skillsA creative mind that is able to come up with new ideas and conceptsAn excellent nose that can relates to odor remembrance, odor association and odor discrimination skillPassion in fragrance selection and recommendationUnderstanding sensory evaluation techniques to judge fragrance performance and preferencesAbility to classify fragrances in families and olfactive directions and identify specific olfactive notesUnderstand research techniques, both quantitative and qualitative

  

How Would You Stand Out?

Good understanding of the perfumery businessGeneral overview on the market and market knowledge relating to a specific area (the market shares, most important players in the market, products, advertisement, marketing positioning, odor directions, the drivers of the success of fragrance of key products)An understanding of social and cultural influences on fragrance acceptance
